Founded With Purpose
Edulink International College was founded in 2014 to provide the Kenyan youth with professional and job-oriented courses at the undergraduate level, leading to a successful career or University degree. The knowledge and skills that students will acquire in Edulink International College are essential tools that enable students to live the professional life they have always wanted. In addition, our courses at Edulink Nairobi offer an attractive range of specializations through which students can acquire academic qualifications related to their career objectives.
How Edulink International College of Nairobi has been Started
EIC is owned by Edulink Consultants, a Dubai-based registered company and part of the Edulink Group.
Edulink Consultants in an international business with the head office in Dubai. It owns and manages a number of Higher Education Institutes on 3 continents and also manages health and dental clinics and a hospital in Dubai.
It is privately owned and professionally managed. The healthcare arm of the business was established with a single clinic in 1987, from which it has grown to include surgical and dental specialties with an average of 6000 patient visits per month.
Our educational interests started way back in 2005 with the establishment of Middlesex University Dubai in partnership with Middlesex University London.
This has blossomed into a thriving campus which has provided the foundation for our educational expansion into Asia and Africa. We now have thousands of students studying a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs on 3 continents.
Our programs are delivered in partnership with 3 UK Universities and 2 other providers of quality education. Our strategy permits students to obtain an identical qualification to that awarded to students on the home campus, but to remain within their own regional environment while doing so. Our future strategy encompasses the expansion and development of both the Dubai-based healthcare and international educational divisions of our business.

GOVERNMENT ACCREDITATION
Edulink International College Nairobi is licensed under the TVETA Act 2012 by TVET (Technical and Vocational Educational Training) Authority (Reference: MST/INS/14/190E/(4)).
The Collaboration between the University of Northampton and Edulink International College Nairobi has been approved by CUE (Commission for University Education) under the University Act 2014 (Reference: CUE/8/153/32).

OTHM Qualifications
OTHM Qualifications is a UK-based Awarding Organisation regulated by Ofqual (Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulation, UK) and recognized by Qualifications Wales. You can have confidence in the quality of the qualifications as all OTHM qualifications are approved and regulated by Ofqual. OTHM Board members and Management team comprises academics from UK HEIs and industry experts to ensure the highest possible standards of up-to-date qualification contents and assessment. All OTHM-approved delivery centres have to go through a rigorous centre application process which ensures they offer high standards of teaching and learning resources.
ICDL Africa
ICDL Africa was adopted into National Law in Kenya in 2009. The Government of Kenya amended the Information and Communications Act with the following: ‘recognizing the International Computer Driving License (ICDL) Certification as the entry-level computer certification designed to demonstrate competence in computer use’.
This was the turning point for ICDL Africa in Kenya, with national recognition (Approved TVETA Course), and ICDL has become the standard offering for many organizations across the public and private sectors.
Most recently, ICDL Africa signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Kenya School of Government, to offer ICDL to public sector workers across the KSG campuses throughout Kenya. Empowering the public sector with the digital skills needed to perform their job roles effectively and efficiently.

In the year 2004, Edulink Consultants opened Middlesex University Dubai, in collaboration with and providing programs from, Middlesex University London. We grew the University to have approximately 3000 students on Foundation, 19 undergraduate and 10 postgraduate programs, and over 2000 alumni. The programs include undergraduate and postgraduate business degrees, including an MBA.
