EIC is owned by Edulink Consultants, a Dubai-based registered company and part of the Edulink Group.
Edulink Consultants in an international business with the head office in Dubai. It owns and manages a number of Higher Education Institutes on 3 continents and also manages health and dental clinics and a hospital in Dubai.
Our educational interests started way back in 2005 with the establishment of Middlesex University Dubai in partnership with Middlesex University London.
We now have thousands of students studying a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs on 3 continents.
Our strategy permits students to obtain an identical qualification to that awarded to students on the home campus, but to remain within their own regional environment while doing so.
1. Student Recruitment & Conversion
- Respond promptly to enquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, walk-ins, referrals and other channels.
- Counsel prospective students on available programmes, entry requirements, fees, study modes and progression opportunities.
- Actively follow up leads and maintain consistent communication until conversion or closure.
- Convert qualified leads into applications and confirmed enrolments.
- Achieve agreed monthly admissions and conversion targets.
- Identify the needs and concerns of prospective students and provide appropriate solutions to move them towards enrolment.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students and ensure no qualified lead is left unattended.
- Follow up on offers, fee payments, missing documents and pending admissions requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, sponsors, schools, organisations and referral partners.
2. Admissions Processing
- Guide applicants through the complete admissions process from enquiry to registration.
- Receive, review and verify student application documents.
- Ensure applications are complete, accurate and submitted within the required timelines.
- Prepare admission documentation, including application forms, offer letters and other relevant correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student and prospect records.
- Coordinate with the Academic and Finance departments to ensure smooth student onboarding.
3. Lead & CRM Management
- Record and update all enquiries, applications, follow-ups and conversions in the college CRM or approved tracking system.
- Maintain accurate lead statuses and ensure timely follow-up.
- Track conversion rates from enquiry to application and from application to enrolment.
- Prepare regular admissions reports showing leads, applications, conversions, pending cases and enrolment performance.
- Analyse lead sources and identify opportunities to improve conversion.
4. Student Counselling & Guidance
- Provide accurate information and guidance on programmes, academic pathways, career opportunities and progression options.
- Understand each student’s academic and career objectives and recommend suitable programmes.
- Address objections relating to fees, programme suitability, study mode, entry requirements and other barriers to enrolment.
- Provide a professional and positive admissions experience that reflects the college’s standards.
5. International Student Recruitment & Support
- Support recruitment and admissions of international students.
- Guide international applicants on application requirements and documentation.
- Provide support and general guidance on visa application processes and immigration-related requirements, within the scope of the college’s procedures.
- Assist with pre-departure information, orientation and student onboarding where required.
- Maintain effective communication with international students, parents and external partners.
- Support international recruitment campaigns, education fairs and outreach activities.
6. Marketing & Outreach
- Participate in education fairs, school visits, open days, exhibitions and student recruitment events.
- Support digital and offline recruitment campaigns.
- Identify potential recruitment opportunities and referral networks.
- Build relationships with schools, education agents, community organisations and other potential recruitment partners.
- Support the creation and distribution of admissions and programme information to prospective students.
7. Student Onboarding
- Ensure confirmed students receive the necessary information before commencement of classes.
- Follow up on outstanding documentation and payments.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure students are successfully onboarded.
- Support orientation and other student engagement activities where required.
Performance will be measured primarily against admissions and conversion results, including:
- Monthly lead-to-application conversion rate.
- Monthly application-to-enrolment conversion rate.
- Number of confirmed student enrolments.
- Achievement of agreed monthly enrolment targets.
- Speed and consistency of lead follow-up.
- Number of active and qualified leads maintained in the pipeline.
- Fee-payment follow-up and conversion of admitted students.
- Accuracy and completeness of admissions records.
- Response time to prospective student enquiries.
- Student experience and quality of admissions support.
- Number and quality of recruitment partnerships/referrals generated.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, Communications, International Relations, Social Sciences or a related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in admissions, student recruitment, sales, education consultancy, customer acquisition or a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales, recruitment or enrolment targets.
- Strong communication, counselling and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Good computer skills and experience using CRM or lead-management systems.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.

- Experience in international student recruitment.
- Experience supporting student visa applications and immigration processes.
- Experience recruiting students for institutions in the UK, Canada, Australia or other international destinations.
- Experience working with international students, education agents or overseas institutions.
- Experience with education marketing, student fairs and school outreach.
- Existing networks within the education recruitment sector.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing high-volume leads.

OVERALL EXPECTATION
This is a target-driven admissions position. The successful candidate is expected not only to provide information to prospective students but to actively manage the admissions pipeline, build relationships, follow up consistently and convert qualified enquiries into enrolled students.
The ability to convert enquiries into actual enrolments will be a key measure of success in this role.
